We want all our clients to be happy. If within three months of signing the Property Management Agreement you are not satisfied with the service Springboard PM has provided, you may cancel our Agreement without penalty, and we will refund all monthly management fees.

As real estate investors and property managers it is important to us to not nickel-and-dime you and understand how frustrating it can be to work with companies who charge for every little thing. Therefore, we guarantee we will not upcharge you for coordinating the maintenance of your properties.

Springboard PM guarantees to deposit rent proceeds, when paid, directly into your account by the 14th of the month.

If Springboard PM is unable to secure a qualified tenant within 30 days of marketing your property, we will waive your first month’s management fee, provided our pricing guidance is followed. (single family properties only)

Should a tenant that Springboard PM screened and placed in your property break their lease within the first six months of their lease start date, we will place another tenant in the property and waive the leasing fee.

If a tenant placed by Springboard PM should need to be evicted, Springboard PM will cover the legal and court costs associated with the eviction up to $900. (single family properties only in the first 9 months of their lease)

Quick clear communication is very important to Springboard PM.  We promise to respond to all communication within 24 hours, during business hours.

If an owner feels that Springboard PM is not fulfilling their needs, they can cancel management services at any time without penalty.
